国际学院（苏州研究院）地处美丽的园林城市苏州，位于中国―新加坡工业园区南部科教创新区的核心，是中国人民大学在新的历史条件下与苏州市人民政府合作共建的高层次、国际化教学研究机构。学院广泛开展国际合作交流，与法国马赛商学院、法国巴黎第四大学、法国巴黎第十大学、美国乔治・华盛顿大学等国外一流大学交往密切，并办有以中法财务金融硕士项目、中法本硕联合培养项目、中美金融硕士项目为代表的各类国际合作项目。
国际学院（苏州研究院）设有全球化研究中心，在该中心平台上，建立了气候变化与低碳经济研究所、新兴产业发展研究院、苏州国际金融研究院、东亚音乐考古研究所等科研机构。学院其他科研、培训、出版机构还包括中国人民大学出版社华东分社、中国人民大学书报资料中心华东分社、法官研修中心、联合国与其它国际组织研究和培训中心（苏州）、中国浦东干部学院独墅湖培训基地等。以文化创意产业为特色的中国人民大学国家大学科技园（苏州分园）也已进入实质性运作。
国际学院（苏州研究院）主要招收汉语国际教育硕士、金融硕士、会计硕士、税务硕士、法律硕士、公共管理硕士、社会工作硕士、税务硕士、金融硕士等全日制硕士研究生，此外还招收部分本科生
一、招聘学科
经济学、金融学、会计学、法学（经济法与刑法）、汉语言文学、英语语言文学等。
二、应聘条件
1.热心中国教育事业，遵守中华人民共和国法律、法规；
2.学术道德高尚，有较强的协作和奉献精神，身体健康；
3.在海内外一流大学获得博士学位(已在一流大学教学或研究机构担任讲师或其他相应职位三年以上者，可申请副教授及以上职位);
4. 具有较高的学术造诣，已在学界公认的本学科国内外一流刊物上发表过有代表性的学术论文，在本学科领域取得创新性研究成果；
5. 学术思想活跃，与国内外同行有着广泛的学术联系，能了解和把握本学科领域的世界发展前沿；
6. 聘期内能够全面履行岗位职责，全职在苏工作时间每年不少于9个月。
三、受聘待遇
受聘者为中国人民大学编制内正式教师，除享受我校相同岗位教师同等待遇外，还可享受在苏州任教的工作补贴，其中对在海外一流大学获得博士学位的优秀人才提供优厚待遇。

About International College (Suzhou Research Institute)
Located in the middle of the science and technology innovation area of the China-Singapore Industrial Park, the International College (Suzhou Research Institute), Renmin University is a global institution for advanced education and research co-founded by the Renmin University and the Suzhou Municipal Government. It is designated to become a strategic base for higher-education teaching and academic research, a platform for international cooperation, a center for high-end professional training and a hub for innovation and research & development. The College has set up the Renmin University Center for Globalization Studies (RUCGS), aiming at pursuing cutting-edge and state-of-art research in finance, economics and other social science subjects. Built on the cornerstone laid by the RUCGS, a number of dedicated research institutions have been established, including the Climate Change and Low-carbon Economics Research Center, Emerging Industry Research Center, Suzhou International Finance Research Institute and East-Asian Musical Archaeology Institute.
We are committed to strengthening the cooperation and communication with top universities around the world. We have established friendly cooperative relationships with Euromed Management School, Université Paris -Sorbonne (Paris IV), Université Paris X, George Washington University, etc. Until 2011, the College has over 1200 students enrolled for full- and part-time study at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
As a result of strategic expansion and development, the International College (Suzhou Research Institute) invites applications for faculty positions at all levels (full, associate, and assistant professors) from related subjects in economics, accounting and finance, law (economic law and criminal law in specific), English literature and language studies.
Job Details
Applicants for assistant professorship should hold (or expect to hold) a PhD degree in relevant disciplines from prestigious universities abroad with demonstrated international communication skills and a strong record of publications in internationally renowned academic journals. Applicants for senior positions must have outstanding academic achievements and proven teaching and research experiences.
Successful candidates are expected to receive a competitive remuneration package equivalent to similar positions in the Renmin University, plus working and research allowances in Suzhou. Candidates with PhD degrees from first-class overseas universities will be offered preferential compensation and benefit package, as well as favorable working conditions.
Each applicant should prepare a package with the following items:
・ A copy of current curriculum vita;
・ A covering letter;
・ Evidence of teaching effectiveness (if available);
・ Representative publications/working papers;
・ Two confidential reference letters.
