图书馆2022年暑期服务通知
图书馆将在暑假期间进行阅览室修缮，2022 年 7 月 9 日至 9 月 4 日闭馆。具体通知如下：
一、图书馆已将读者所借图书归还日期延长至2022 年 9 月 30 日。延长期内不收取逾期费。
二、借书服务
为解决闭馆期间读者外借图书需求，图书馆自 7 月 9 日起，通过邮件预约借书的方式，为有需求的读者提供借书服务。
1、申请方式：发送预约借书申请至图书馆公共邮箱：tsgsuzhou@ruc.edu.cn
2、申请要求：读者所预约的图书需为可流通状态。发送预约借书申请需要包含如下内容：
①个人信息：姓名、学号/职工号、联系电话、邮箱。
②图书信息：图书题名、索书号、语种。
3、取书时间：每周一9：00-17：00。
4、取书地点：图书馆101&102办公室。
三、 电子资源访问服务

四、 文献传递服务
BALIS文献传递服务将于2022年7月9日起停止服务，开学后恢复正常。
五、 电子书获取服务
图书馆电子书获取服务将于2022年7月9日起停止服务，开学后恢复正常。

Library Services during the 2022 Summer Holiday
The library will undergo reading room renovation during the summer vacation and will be closed from July 9th to September 4th, 2022.
The specific notices are as follows:
1. The library has extended the due date of borrowed books to September 30th 2022. No overdue fee will be charged during the extension period.
2. Book borrowing services
In order to meet the needs of readers to borrow books during the closing period, the library will provide book borrowing services for readers in need by making reservations for borrowing books by email since July 9th.
(1) Application method: Readers can send the reservation application to the library’s public mailbox: tsgsuzhou@ruc.edu.cn.
(2) Application requirements: Books reserved by the readers should be in circulation. The following contents should be included in the application:
① Personal information: Name, student number/staff number, phone number and email address.
② Book information: Title, call number, language.
(3) Time for book collection: 9:00-17:00 every Monday.
(4) Place for book collection: Room 101&102 of the Library.

4. Document delivery service
BALIS document delivery service will be suspended from July 9th, 2022 and will return to normal after school starts.

The library e-book acquisition service will be suspended from July 9th, 2022 and will return to normal after school starts.
